On the East side of the Cascade mountains the Scouts have very little rust, and can be in restorable shape. Now that she is a Portland Scout, the very first upgrade must be new <a title=\"windshield wiper blades\" href=\"http:\/\/scoutparts.com\/products\/?view=product&amp;product_id=10201\">windshield wiper blades<\/a>. The two main choices are heavy duty for snow protection (linked above) or <a title=\"Wiper Blade - Scout II\" href=\"http:\/\/scoutparts.com\/products\/?view=product&amp;product_id=14286\">standard Scout II wiper blades<\/a>.
