Scout II Front Axle Tube Inner Oil Shaft Seal
Description: This is a new inner oil seal for the axle shafts in the front axle housing of the early Scout II vehicles with the Dana-44 front axle. This is the metal-clad seal that is located just outside of the main carrier bearings. If yours are bad, then you will get mud and water into your front differential, and nobody wants that! This is only used on 4x4 Scouts with axle code 2013. You should be able to determine which code yours is by reading your linesetting ticket on the cowl. If yours is gone, then you should consider ordering a new one, which is SP13536. Fits: 1972 Scout II, 1973 Scout II |
