Description:
This is also known as the filter "sock" or fuel pickup filter. This is a new replacement nylon filter that slips onto the end of the pickup tube on the fuel sending unit. Many times, this filter has fallen off, disintegrated, or become plugged .Installing this sock will ensure proper fuel delivery during high-load operation, and prevent leaning out caused by poor fuel pressure. You will need to drop your fuel tank to install this item.
