This is an NOS special option mirror assembly that was offered by IHC as an option on their Scout II vehicles (codes 16788 & 16789 on the linesetting ticket). This is made of clear anodized aluminum, and comes with mounting hardware. The upper bracket swivels on the lower one. If you tow, or just want to look more like the big trucks, you need one of these. This is perfect for that Nth-degree restoration project.
