Scout 80, Scout 800 Throttle Rod Ball Joint  
Description: This is a replacement balljoint for each end of the throttle linkage used on Scout 80 and 800, as well as pickups and Travelalls back before 1969. This fits a 3/16" rod, so measure yours and if it is the same, then it should work. Get rid of all that slop in your linkage, and have sure smooth acceleration like you are supposed to have. This has the same spring-loaded socket like the original (shown on the right) so you will not shock the throttle lever on the carb if you were to depress the pedal suddenly. We have other sizes of this if you need. Just call us up with the throttle rod thickness and thread pitch (coarse or fine), and we can set you up!
