Warranties Warranty Statement
Description: Pacific Supply does not warranty any used parts. No warranty is expressed or implied for used parts. All new parts are warrantied for 30 days. Pacific Supply will accept new parts returned if they are defective or are in saleable condition. Pacific Supply Group Inc., Scoutparts.com, Travelallparts.com and any of its web sites is a parts seller. We accept no liability for any installation, labor or machine that PSG has sold a part for. We only warranty the new part for 30 days. We accept no liability for any machine, person, place or thing that the part is associated with. We only warranty that the part transferring to the buyer is in usable condition for 30 days. Used parts are used rare parts. Used rare parts are often a basis for a restoration. PSG supports restoration projects but in the case of a used part, there is no warranty. Under no circumstances can we accept the return of fuel handling parts used or new or electrical parts. In the case of a used part, if a warranty is purchased, the warranty covers only that part for 30 days. That warranty extends no further than that part itself. PSG Inc. accepts no liability for the use, installation or removal of such parts. All items for sale are available for free pickup. Packaging, wrapping and labeling is a courtesy that we offer for free. Shipping cost is at all times the responsibility of the customer. Pacific Supply Group Inc. assumes no liability for the return shipping of defective or other returned items. |
