This barrel clip fits a 1/8" stud and fits into a 11/64th hole, These are the little tiny guys that hold your emblems on in places were you do not have access to, like the back side of the sheet metal.

All Scout II vehicles use this tail lamp housing gasket between the metal or plastic (depending on year) housing and the body. Without this gasket the tail lamp housing fills with water, the contacts corrode, and eventually the bulb fails.
